DanceSystems is a company situated in Hout Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. Founder and creator, Aldon, is a health fanatic at heart, having played sport such as tennis, marshal arts, golf and dance, throughout his life.

Also having an IT background, he has created DanceSystems- a digital platform and his own method for learning to dance- even if you have two left feet!

 

Realizing the immense importance of body awareness and fitness, Aldon brings to life an easy to learn dance method that anyone of any age can learn to their favourite music, simply by practicing for just a few minutes a day!

 

DanceSystems is also specifically geared towards partner dance- something for a couple to enjoy and learn together, or for a team of friends to share in a unique and uplifting experience.
